During this difficult time we are committed to working safely within your home. We are asking customers to tell us if they have Coronavirus or are showing symptoms of Coronavirus (coughing/high temp), if they are self-isolating or shielding and whether they are vulnerable or elderly.
We will not carry out work if any member of the household is self-isolating unless it is to remedy a direct risk to the safety of the household and we ask to be notified in advance.
Our engineers are regularly hand washing / sanitizing and wearing PPE. We are cleaning surfaces after work has been carried out.
