Boiler not working properly?
Is your boiler not lighting? Is the boiler cutting out? Is your boiler over heating? Is your boiler making banging noises? Is your water pressure low? Do you need to keep topping up the boiler pressure? Is there poor hot water? Are boiler fault codes being displayed, but the boiler is still working? Is your condensate pipe frozen? Is the boiler leaking or dripping? Book in for fault finding and we will try to resolve your boiler issues.

We charge a fault finding fee, our engineers will then tell you the cost of the repair before proceeding.

It will depend on whether parts need to be ordered.
What happens if you cannot fix my boiler?

What should I do if I smell gas?
Do turn off the gas (at emergency control valve)
Do ventilate property (open windows and doors)
Do extinguish all naked flames
Do NOT smoke or strike matches
Do keep away from affected area
Do contact the emergency service provider (0800 111 999)
Do ensure access into premises can be gained
Do NOT operate electrical switches (on or off)
Consult your boiler manual for instructions on how to top up the water pressure on your boiler.
Should the boiler keep losing pressure contact a gas engineer to investigate.
